Please find below some useful information about accommodation in Cortina during the Winter Olympic Games:
- due to the high demand in that period, usually the hotels require a minimum stay of 5-7 nights
- some hotels can not provide availability at this stage, as they have been allotted by the Olympics Committee
- regarding the payment and cancellation policy, most hotels require a 50% non refundable deposit at the confirmation and balance between 90-60 days before the clients' arrival
Therefore, in order to check availability, we would first need to know the clients' dates of stay, which depend on the competitions they are interested in.
Please find attached the presentation of the venues of all the sport events of the Winter Olympic Games, and the complete program of the Games.

All this said, in order to create a proposal for your clients, we will need the following information:
- The sports events they want to attend and on which dates
- The type of access they prefer: tickets or one of the above in-venue hospitality types
- How many days they want to spend in Italy
- Type of accommodation they are looking for (4* or 5* hotel)
